We are a Woodcraft Club eg Woodturning, Pyrography, Scrollsaw, Carving etc. A group of our members have taught weekly in two SEND Schools in Long Eaton, helping young people to develop their self esteem, confidence and communication skills through the vehicle of Woodturning. The project continues to be enormously successful, and we receive a donation from the schoolsfor the work which we donate to our nominated charity. in 2022 we raised £2000 CRY (Cardiac Risk in the Young). and in 2023 we raised £1800 split between Carsington Sailability and Go Beyond..
